Eric Bernal’s story began at around ten years old, helping his grandfather with his painting business. Raised by his grandparents, Eric spent those early years watching, learning, and developing a curiosity for how things were built.

 

That curiosity grew while working alongside his father, delivering equipment to telecommunications facilities. At eighteen, Eric began his own career in the industry, gaining hands-on experience installing power cables, cable supports, and fiber optics.

 

In his early twenties, he found his way into home remodeling. His work expanded to tile, drywall, framing, plumbing, and electrical—building practical knowledge across the trades through years of hands-on work.

 

After years of self-employment, Eric established a licensed and insured business under his own name. Later, he and his wife incorporated the company, creating the next chapter of L&E Construction Group.

 

Today, L&E carries forward a story that started with a boy learning beside his grandfather—and grew into a family business dedicated to helping people improve their homes.
